The following terms govern copyright and licensing for articles published in Journal of Nesia Engineering Science (JNESc). By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree to these terms; no separate signed document is required.

1. License

Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

2. Authors' Warranties

The authors warrant that the article is original and written by the listed authors; has not been published before; contains no unlawful statements; does not infringe the rights of others; and that the authors hold the copyright free of third-party claims and have obtained written permission for any material quoted or reproduced from other sources.

3. Users' Rights

Under CC BY 4.0, anyone may copy, distribute, display, and adapt the work, for any purpose including commercial use, provided that proper credit is given to the authors and to JNESc as the original publication, with a link to the license and an indication of any changes made.

4. Authors' Rights

Authors retain the copyright of their work, including, but not limited to, the right to:

  • hold patents and other proprietary rights related to the article;
  • use the substance of the article in their own future work, including lectures and books;
  • reproduce the article for their own purposes;
  • self-archive the article in institutional or subject repositories and on personal websites; and
  • enter into separate, non-exclusive agreements for distributing the published version (for example, in an institutional repository or a book), with acknowledgement of its first publication in JNESc.

5. Co-Authors

When an article has more than one author, the submitting author warrants that all co-authors have agreed to these terms and will inform them of this policy. JNESc communicates only with the corresponding author and is not responsible for disputes among authors.

6. Royalties

As an open access journal distributing articles free of charge, JNESc does not pay royalties or other fees to authors.

7. Miscellaneous

JNESc will publish the article once the editorial process has been completed successfully. The editors may adjust the article's punctuation, spelling, capitalization, reference style, and usage to conform to the journal's style. The authors acknowledge that the article will be freely and publicly accessible, as stated in Section 3.
