Focus and Scope

Journal of Nesia Engineering Science is a scholarly journal that publishes scientific articles derived from research, studies, and development activities in the field of engineering. The journal accommodates research articles related to Computer Science, Energy, Engineering, and Materials Science.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networks and Communications, Human–Computer Interaction, Software and Simulation

  • Energy Engineering and Power Technology, Fuel Technology, Renewable Energy, Sustainability and Environment, Software and Simulation

  • Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Building and Construction, Civil and Structural Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Software and Simulation

  • Ceramics and Composites, Electronic, Optical, and Magnetic Materials, Metals and Alloys, Software and Simulation

Peer Review Process

The review process is conducted by a team of journal reviewers appointed by the editor based on their respective areas of expertise. Reviewers are selected from various universities across Indonesia according to their academic competence and editorial needs. Only manuscripts deemed suitable by the editorial team will be forwarded for peer review.

Each eligible manuscript is reviewed by at least two reviewers using a blind review mechanism, in which authors do not know the identity of the reviewers. The editorial team will notify reviewers of each assignment. Reviewers are requested to confirm their acceptance or rejection of the assignment within 10 working days. Upon acceptance, reviewers are expected to submit their review results within four weeks after confirmation.

Publication Frequency

Journal of Nesia Engineering Science is published three times a year, in March, June, and September.

Open Access Policy

Journal of Nesia Engineering Science provides immediate open access to its content and is freely available to all readers. Readers may access and download the full text of all articles published in JNESc without any charges.

Plagiarism Policy

Submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. The editorial team screens all submitted articles for plagiarism using plagiarism Turnitin.
